Are you passionate about using AI to drive sustainability in the construction industry? Our client is seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join their remote team. The mission: build intelligent systems that extract insights from construction-related documents and guide companies toward more environmentally friendly decisions.

About the Project:

The team works with large language models (LLMs) to process and analyze complex documentation within the construction sector. In many cases, off-the-shelf models aren’t enough – so they build their own specialized LLMs to solve unique challenges.

FULL CROSS TIME HOURS WITH Europe time | REMOTE

Required skills

• Strong experience with Python and data science toolkits
• Hands-on knowledge of Random Forest, XGBoost, and other ensemble methods
• Experience working with LLMs (e.g., fine-tuning, training, prompt engineering)
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset
• (Bonus) Domain knowledge in construction or sustainability is a plus

What will you do?

• Developing and fine-tuning language models (LLMs)
• Building predictive models that support better environmental decisions
• Applying ensemble methods like Random Forest and Gradient Boosting
