Senior Full Stack Engineer

Build the Future of Business Communication

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Full Stack Developer to help us build and scale new features for a global business communication and customer support platform.

In this role, you’ll work directly with our CEO, take ownership of technical solutions, and have a real impact on the product. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building, solving complex challenges, and turning ideas into production-ready features.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and MongoDB.
• Build and improve features for real-time messaging, automation, and customer support workflows.
• Develop and integrate APIs and connect backend services with Vue.js applications.
• Optimize MongoDB queries, indexing, and database performance.
• Deploy, manage, and improve cloud-based solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Take ownership of features throughout the entire development lifecycle, from initial concept to production.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO on product ideas, technical decisions, and implementation.
• Leverage AI development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery speed.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong commercial experience with Node.js, including building and maintaining production applications.
• Advanced knowledge of MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, aggregation, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with GCP services such as Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, and IAM.
• Practical experience with Vue.js and the ability to contribute to frontend development.
• Experience using modern AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar solutions in daily development workflows.
• Proven ability to independently deliver features from development to production.
• Strong problem-solving skills, technical ownership, and a proactive mindset.
• Interest in emerging technologies and continuous improvement of development practices.
• Good written English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience with real-time systems, WebSockets, message queues, or pub/sub architectures.
• Background in messaging, customer support, CRM, or communication platforms.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools.
