Required skills
- 5+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails
- Experience with Turbo, Stimulus, Tailwind, PostgreSQL and SQL proficiency
- Experience with Sidekiq and background processing
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable with external API integrations
- Ability to work 4+ hours overlapping with US Eastern / Pacific time
Nice to have skills
- Experience with Heroku Shield or similar hosting platforms
- Experience in health-tech or gig-economy platforms
- Prior experience in early-stage product teams
What will you do?
- Build and maintain features in a Rails-based web platform
