We’re looking for a creative, open-minded, and proactive Senior Product Designer (UX/UI). If you’re passionate about visual storytelling, love working in a collaborative environment, and have the confidence to bring fresh ideas to the table — this role is for you.
Required skills
- 5+ years of professional experience in digital product design, with a portfolio showcasing strong UX and UI work across multiple platforms.
- Proven experience in building, maintaining, and scaling design systems in fast-moving product organizations.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, accessibility standards, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Proficiency in design in Figma.
- Strong communication skills – able to articulate design decisions, lead cross-functional discussions, and advocate for design excellence.
- Experience working in agile product teams and with developers to ensure design hand-off quality and implementation fidelity.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver on time.
What will you do?
- Design user-centered solutions for mobile and web-based products used in the payment and financial services space.
- Take full ownership of the Gini design system: maintain, evolve, and document components.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design system principles are applied consistently across all products.
- Coach and empower other designers and developers to use the system effectively; ensure consistency without limiting creativity.
- Ensure scalability of design patterns for future product lines and features.
Nice to Have (Optional):
- Experience in the fintech or payment space is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with atomic design principles, design tokens, and component libraries.
- Experience with internationalization, responsive design, and mobile-first design.
